AI DATA FOR YOU

FOUNDER DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Andrew Bialek.

More than 30 years in IT and more than 25 years working through complex delivery environments have taught me one durable lesson: technology creates value only when the business can trust the information, ownership and decisions behind it.

My roles have included Data Governance Manager, Data Migration Manager, Data Architect and Enterprise Information and Master Data specialist. That experience spans regulated and operational environments including financial services, health, government, utilities, education, property, technology and consumer businesses.

AI DATA FOR YOU packages that enterprise experience into two connected streams for growing organisations: make the necessary data trustworthy, then improve one real process, see what AI could practically do and prove whether it creates value — always with human accountability and proportionate controls.

EXPERIENCE THAT CONNECTS

From data problem to operating capability.

The work connects architecture and quality with the people, controls and economics that determine whether improvement lasts.

01

Data governance

Operating models, ownership, stewardship, decision rights and controls that work in practice.

02

Data migration

Profiling, mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, cutover evidence and data-risk reduction.

03

Architecture & integration

Clear structures and flows across operational, analytical and external data.

04

Master data

Customer, product, supplier, asset and other shared records the organisation must trust.

05

AI readiness

A business use case, fit-for-purpose evidence, human control and measurable operating proof.

06

AI process improvement

Current and future process analysis, practical AI functions, data dependencies and controlled pilot design.

HOW I WORK

Independent thinking. Transparent assumptions. Practical delivery.

Begin with the decision.

Do not buy technology before the business problem and owner are clear.

Use the minimum necessary data.

Fit-for-purpose evidence is safer and more useful than collecting everything.

Make value auditable.

Separate assumptions from realised benefit and preserve the baseline.

Keep people accountable.

AI supports judgement; it does not silently inherit authority.
