HOW WE HELP / START HERE ONE OUTCOME · TWO CONNECTED STREAMS
See how we help. Choose where to begin.
Discovery begins with one business outcome — not with an endless technology inventory. Choose the role or situation closest to yours, then follow one clear route from business need to evidence, value and action.
Every route connects business value, data, human control and proof.Start with what you need — not with a service name.
Each route is a recommendation, not a rigid process. You can open any step directly and return here whenever your question changes.
Business owner, CEO or COO
Accountable for growth, operations and investment prioritiesI want to understand where trusted data and AI could create measurable business value.
CFO or reporting leader
Responsible for reliable numbers, decisions and performance reportingOur reports conflict, manual reconciliation takes too long, or decision-makers no longer trust the numbers.
CIO, Head of IT or transformation lead
Preparing an ERP, CRM, cloud, reporting or platform changeI need to expose source, mapping, quality and reconciliation risks before migration or cutover.
Head of Data or AI leader
Responsible for analytics, AI adoption or trusted enterprise dataI need to know whether our data can support useful, controlled and measurable AI outcomes.
Operations or functional leader
Owns customer, product, supplier, workforce or operational outcomesManual work, slow hand-offs, errors or inconsistent decisions are holding back an important business outcome.
Risk, governance or privacy leader
Needs proportionate data ownership, handling and accountabilityI want better control of important data without creating enterprise bureaucracy or pretending data management is cyber security.

Clear answers about scope, timing, evidence, practical AI, data requirements and the smallest useful next step.
01Where should we start?+
Start with one unreliable decision, one slow or error-prone process, or one defined AI use case. You do not need a complete transformation plan. Choose the path above, or use the free evidence scan to make the first question specific.
02Do we need to prepare every system and dataset first?+
No. Discovery is bounded around one business outcome and up to three priority data sources. The Source Data Checklist helps identify the systems, files, owners and known concerns that matter first without collecting sensitive record values.
03Is this data management or AI consulting?+
It is two connected streams. AI-ready data makes the evidence trustworthy, controlled and measurable. AI-enabled process improvement defines what AI can practically do, the data it depends on and the human decisions it must not replace. Compare the service streams directly.
04What could AI practically do in our business?+
We examine real tasks such as reading, retrieving, classifying, predicting, recommending and drafting, then place them inside a controlled workflow. See practical examples by business function or explore the industry use cases.
05How quickly can we reach a useful decision?+
A bounded Data Quality Quick Scan is designed for two weeks. The AI Process Discovery & Pilot Blueprint is designed for ten working days. Other timings are confirmed after the outcome, sources and evidence requirements are scoped.
06What will we receive at the end?+
You receive evidence that supports a decision: prioritised findings, a value and risk baseline, accountable actions and either a 90-day improvement plan or a controlled pilot blueprint. Review the worked proof and the sample Data Trust Passport.
07How is sensitive data handled?+
We begin with non-sensitive descriptions and collect only the evidence necessary for the agreed purpose. Data is minimised, classified, controlled and assigned to accountable owners. See the security and privacy principles; specialist cyber security, privacy or legal advice is involved where the risk requires it.
08What is the simplest next step?+
Run the free evidence scan, or send Andrew a short, non-sensitive description of the business consequence through the discovery form. We will identify the smallest useful move before asking you to commit to a larger programme.
